Right, Let’s Talk About Appointments

I’ve been doing this for many years, and I reckon we need to be straight with each other about how bookings work.

When you need to change or cancel appointments, we need advance notice to avoid charging you a cancellation fee.

  • For Regular Services (cuts, colours, styling), we need you to give us TWO BUSINESS DAYS notice
  • For Hair Straightening Services (Keratin, Botox, Nanoplasty, Magic Sleek), we need you to give us THREE BUSINESS DAYS notice

Why These Rules Matter

Here’s the thing – when you book a straightening treatment, I’m blocking out 3 to 5 hours just for you. My staff schedule their whole day around your appointment. When someone rings up Sunday saying they can’t make Monday morning, we’ve got no chance of filling that spot.

Last-minute cancellations happen more often than you’d think. That’s not just lost income – it’s other women who could’ve had that appointment slot but missed out because we held that time.

Cancellation Fees

We don’t like doing this. That’s why the only time we charge cancellation fees is when we haven’t been given notice, as discussed above. These fees are generally 50% of what your service was going to cost. It’s not about being difficult, it’s about running a fair business where everyone’s time is valued.

No Exemptions

Same rules apply to everyone, whether you’ve been coming here for years or it’s your first visit. That’s the only way to keep things fair.

Deposits

Some services require a deposit when you book. This helps ensure appointments are kept and covers our costs if changes are needed.

What You Get From Us

When you do come in, you get our professional oversight on every single straightening treatment. The buck stops with me. You get honest advice about what’ll work for your hair and what won’t – even if it means talking you out of spending money.

I’m not here to just take your cash and send you on your way. I want you walking out with exactly the result you came in looking for.
